Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 01, 2026 

Thank you for supporting My Project Love in Motion. Proceeds from our clothing brand directly support our nonprofit mission. Because of the nature of our organization and operations, the following policy applies to all purchases.


All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. As a small business operated in connection with a nonprofit organization, we do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.


Exchanges (Limited and Case-by-Case)

In limited circumstances, we may offer an exchange at our sole discretion. Exchanges are considered only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. We reserve the right to deny any exchange request.


Shipping & Transit Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped, My Project Love in Motion is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Damage occurring during transit

  • Carrier errors or delivery issues

All shipping claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.


Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for refund.
