  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Risk of Loss & Transit Issues

Once an order has been shipped, My Project Love in Motion is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • Damage occurring during transit

  • Carrier errors or delivery issues

All shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for the shipment once it is transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. My Project Love in Motion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for refund.

Returned Shipments

Packages returned to us due to delivery failure, refusal, or address issues are not eligible for refund. Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense, at our discretion.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
