My Project Love in Motion operates a clothing brand in support of its nonprofit mission. All purchases help fund community programs and charitable initiatives.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. All Sales Final
All sales are final. No refunds or returns are offered. Limited exchanges may be granted at our sole discretion in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer. My Project Love in Motion is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and Services, including logos, designs, text, images, and graphics, is the property of My Project Love in Motion and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
